Originally founded in 1975, we are a Top 100 independent insurance broker in the UK¹ and a member of Brokerbility - a network of 37 independent insurance brokers across the UK- giving us national size and reach with the ability to offer local and personal service.
We were first awarded the prestigious title of ‘Chartered Insurance Broker’ by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in 2007 and have successfully passed rigorous inspection year on year to retain this accreditation – known as the ‘gold standard’ in the insurance broking industry. Having this status proves to clients that they can expect the very highest levels of expertise, service and support on a continued basis from us.
We have great pride in our people and trust them to provide our clients with an exemplary customer service experience. The majority of our advisory staff have obtained their professional qualifications from the CII and are experts in their chosen sector. Clients can also benefit from our in-house claims service who handle all claims on behalf of clients and negotiate with the insurer to conclude the claim.
With headquarters in Poole, Dorset and four further offices in Gillingham, Dorchester, Frome and Basingstoke, we now employ over seventy staff members. As part of a company overhaul, 4,600 jobs at Rolls-Royce are to be axed over the next two years in order to save £400 million a year by 2020.
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) has reported sales in the retail industry have risen by a total of 4.7% in May 2018, when compared to the same month last year. This is promising news as for the past few months reports have suggested high street retail is slowly declining, due to more interest in their competition of online shopping.
